Will the new paint match my car?
That's the goal on every job. We mix from your paint code, compare a sprayed test card to the car in daylight and blend into the neighboring panels so there's no visible edge.
Test cards compared outside, not just under booth lights.
Panel spacing matched to the untouched side of the car.
Texas lets you pick where the car is fixed, whoever your insurer is.
Cameras and sensors scanned before and after the repair.
Repairs
Every repair below has its own page explaining what it involves, where it can go wrong and how we make sure it looks right when it's done. Most crashes need two or three of these at once, and a single estimate covers them together. If you're not sure what to call the damage, that's fine. Tell us what happened and we'll work out the rest.

The finish
A good repair is one nobody notices. That comes down to three things: paint that matches the color and the metallic flake of the panels beside it, gaps that line up with the rest of the car, and a surface texture that reflects light the same way the factory finish does.
We mix every color from your paint code, spray a test card, then compare it to the car outside in natural light, because booth lighting hides small differences. When a panel is hard to match, we blend the new paint into the panels next to it so the eye has no edge to catch. Before you pick up, we walk the car in daylight and look at it from the angles you will.
The steps are the same for a bumper scuff and a heavy hit. Bigger jobs just spend more time in the middle. You'll always know which step your car is in.
Call and describe the damage. We set a time to see the car, or arrange a tow if it isn't safe to drive.
We look the car over in person, photograph the damage and write up what each panel needs.
Panels come off so hidden damage is found early. Anything new is documented and approved first.
Anything bent is put back to spec before outer panels are fitted and aligned.
Color is matched, sprayed and blended into neighboring panels, then cured and polished.
Gaps, color, lights and sensors are checked, then we walk around the car with you.
Most people judge a body shop by one thing: can they tell where the car was fixed? We hold ourselves to that test on every job.
Parked in your driveway, in the afternoon sun. That's where a mismatched panel shows up, so that's how we check our work before you see it.
A fender that sits a few millimeters proud catches every reflection. We measure against the undamaged side and adjust until the lines run straight.
Every model has published procedures for welds, sealers and sensor mounts. We follow them so the repair holds up, not just looks good on day one.
New from the manufacturer, aftermarket or recycled. You'll know which, and why, before it's installed.

Rowlett sits between two busy corridors. The President George Bush Turnpike carries commuters toward Garland and Richardson, and I-30 crosses Lake Ray Hubbard toward Rockwall. Both see their share of rear-end bumps and lane-change scrapes, especially near the interchanges. Lakeview Parkway adds parking lot dings and door edges, and the turns off Dalrock Road and Rowlett Road produce more than a few clipped corners.
The lake brings its own wear. Boat trailers and long drives with gear in the back mean scratched bumpers and scuffed tailgates. Spring storms bring hail across the area, sometimes more than once a season, and summer sun bakes the clear coat on hoods and roofs until it fades or peels.
All of that matters when we match paint. A five-year-old car parked outside in Texas doesn't look like the color chip anymore, so we match the car as it is today, not the way it left the factory.

Insurance
Your insurer may recommend a shop when you report the crash. You don't have to use it. In Texas the vehicle owner chooses where the repair happens, and you can switch shops partway through a claim.
If you bring the car here, we handle the back and forth: the estimate and photos go to the adjuster, and when teardown finds damage that wasn't visible at first, we send the supplement and get it approved. You get updates instead of a stack of calls to make.
Not sure whether to file for a small scrape? Call and talk it through. We'll give you a realistic idea of the repair so you can compare it with your deductible.
Rowlett sits on the west shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, with Garland and Sachse to the west and Rockwall and Heath across the water. The Turnpike and I-30 make the shop an easy drop-off from most of them, and plenty of customers come in from Wylie and Mesquite as well.
PGBT, I-30 over the lake, Lakeview Parkway and Dalrock Road. Tell us where it happened and we'll know the spot.
A car from Heath gets the same color check and walk-around as one from down the street.
Estimates, tows and claim questions all go through (000) 000-0000.
Farther out than that? If the car can make it to Rowlett, or a tow truck can, we'll take care of the rest.

Metallic and pearl colors can look slightly different on a single panel, even when the mix is right. Fading the new paint into the panels beside it hides that difference.
Yes. In Texas the owner chooses the repair shop. Your insurer can suggest one, but the decision is yours at any point in the claim.
Call (000) 000-0000 and we'll set a time to look at the car in person. Photos miss damage behind the panels, so an in-person look gives a more accurate picture.
We photograph it, explain it and update the estimate. Nothing extra is done until it's approved.
It depends on the repair and your policy. You'll be told whether each part is new from the maker, aftermarket or recycled before it's installed.
Small single-panel jobs often take a few days. Structural work and parts on backorder take longer. You'll get a realistic estimate up front and a call if it changes.
Call from the scene or the tow yard. We'll arrange the tow to Rowlett and start the paperwork that day.
Yes. Bumper work, windshield replacement and alignment changes can affect them, so we scan before and after and calibrate what the manufacturer requires.
Often, yes. Faded or peeling clear coat on a hood or roof can be refinished, and we'll tell you whether the panels next to it need attention to match.

Tell us what happened and where the car is. We'll explain what the repair involves, how the claim works and what it takes to make the panel match. No pressure to commit on the call.
